Bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and exporters from across the world, the three-day event highlights the future of food, innovation in agriculture, and evolving global market trends.
Inaugurated by key officials including Canada’s Agriculture Minister Honourable Heath MacDonald, CEO SIAL Stéphane Thivillier, Pakistan’s Ambassador Muhammad Saleem and others, the event features over 800 exhibitors from 55 countries and is expected to welcome more than 23,000 professionals from 78 nations.
The exhibition aims to promote innovation in the agri-food sector and provide companies with deep insights into market trends and global food developments. CEO SIAL Stephane say the platform helps industry stakeholders strengthen and maintain their competitive edge.
Over the past two decades, SIAL Canada has played a key role in supporting professionals in agriculture and agri-food industries. The event offers structured solutions tailored to the needs of retail, food service, and food processing sectors.
A Pakistan Pavilion was also inaugurated at the event by High Commission of Canada in Pakistan Ambassador Muhammad Saleem, along with Pakistan Consulate Montreal Consul General Faisal Abro and Trade and Investment Counsellor Altamash Janjua.
The pavilion features six prominent exhibitors presenting a diverse range of high-quality Pakistani food products.
Officials from both federal and Quebec governments, as well as private sector representatives, toured the pavilion and its various stalls.
