Pakistani adventure athlete and snowboarder Samar Khan has successfully completed the Fjällräven Polar 2026, a 300-kilometre dogsled expedition across the Arctic tundra.
Sharing her experience on social media, Khan described the journey as an intense test of endurance, saying it pushed her through exhaustion, self-doubt, and extreme physical limits in freezing conditions.
She highlighted the challenges faced even before the expedition began, including visa delays that were resolved just a day before her departure. Khan said the journey tested her resilience, courage, and determination throughout.
Calling the achievement a moment of pride, she dedicated the milestone to Pakistan and expressed gratitude to the organisers and supporting teams who made her participation possible.
The Arctic expedition is known for its harsh sub-zero conditions and requires participants to endure long-distance travel by dogsled in extreme weather over several days.
