Pakistan Super League action saw Karachi Kings secure a thrilling win after successfully chasing a 198-run target against Rawalpindi, finishing the match with four balls to spare and five wickets in hand.

A key 76-run partnership between Azam Khan and captain David Warner anchored the chase after an early wicket. Azam played a dominant knock, while Warner provided steady support as the pair stabilised the innings.

Azam emerged as the top scorer with a rapid half-century, while Warner also reached fifty before being dismissed in the middle overs. Late pressure was created when wickets fell in quick succession, but a decisive boundary in the final over sealed the victory.

Earlier, Rawalpindi posted 197/6, boosted by a strong middle-order partnership after a shaky start. Despite early setbacks, their batters recovered to set a competitive total.

Karachi Kings’ successful chase marked another strong performance in the tournament as they continued their winning momentum.
