Global Concern Grows Over US-Israel Strikes on Iran

Most of the international community, particularly states across the Middle East, are increasingly alarmed by the escalating US-Israeli campaign against Iran. Recent attacks have caused significant civilian casualties, including the deaths of schoolgirls in the Iranian town of Minab.

The US-led Operation Epic Fury appears to be losing momentum, with Tehran showing no signs of surrender. While reports suggested possible communication between US envoys and Iranian officials, Iran has denied any recent dialogue, and outreach efforts reportedly face rejection from the country’s new Supreme Leader.

Meanwhile, the United States struggles to rally international support. Requests to European and NATO allies for a coalition to counter the Iranian blockade of the Strait of Hormuz have largely been met with refusal, leaving the US increasingly isolated, save for Israel’s backing.

Observers warn that further military escalation, including targeted strikes against Iranian leadership, may only entrench Iran’s stance and reduce prospects for negotiation. Experts suggest that an immediate ceasefire and restraint from both the US and Israel are essential to stabilizing the region and protecting global economic interests.
